1b72__abrelax_rand_len10_jit02_omega_sim_filters_21073_0 is the WU.

Now every one of my other WU compleate 2.50Hrs and they typically finish well before that. But this particular WU is only at 1% and has been running for 13:43:51 hours and reports that it will compleate in 16:24:23 hours. DOes this appear to be an error to anyone else?

I have suspened the WU and will continue on my others in my cache. Should I Just abort the WU????

What do you think????

Well I took it out of suspendness and just let it be. This morning it was gone. So I guess that it finished at some point, but have you ever come across something like this or is it just fluke.

I am experiencing exactly this same error. Specificially:

Application: Rosetta 4.80
Name: 1b72_abrelax_rand_len10_jit02_omega_sim_filters_32421_0
CPU Time: 11:40:38
Progress: 1.00%
To Completion: 13:46:12
Stage: Ab Inito
Step: 2212

It has been sitting at 1% for at least a day. Since it is at the very begining, I'm going to bang out of this one and move on to the next.

If you look in the FAQ at the top of the NC Forum there is a Q&A on this.

You have to be a little careful on the times, but, on my systems hanging at 1% should not occur for longer than 20-40 minutes. Again, you have to watch to see what is "normal". But, in most cases the worst that has to be done is to restart BOINC.

There seems to be some oddity in how the WU starts.

It might also help to look at the graphics and maybe do screen captures so the devs can look at this problem.
