I have no work units and the event log says I have reached my daily quota of 4 tasks. What does this mean and how do I fix it? |

Your hosts are hidden, so cannot say for certain. But usually this is an indication that your machine(s) have been failing on WUs rapidly for some reason. Sometimes AV software rejecting the project executables. Yes, the R@h version was just updated a couple of days ago, and the application with the new version in the name may need to be "whitelisted". Display your WUs on the website here and see what messages are reported on failed WUs. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |

I viewed my WUs and they all failed... This started a couple days ago... |

Standard error console shows: <core_client_version>7.2.47</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <message> couldn't start app: CreateProcess() failed - Access is denied. (0x5) </message> Looks like it's not allowed to run... change in permissions, running under a different user account, change in security software and/or an update with a false positive for Rosetta (as mod.sense suggested above) could all be possible causes. |

Your last successful task was for version 3.52 and your first failure (and the sample of subsequent failures I checked) were all for version 3.54. With such a clear demarcation of success and failure I would definitely check your anti-virus/firewall settings as a first step. |
