Were can download the boinc program i need ? Actually ANY Boinc project will have a rotating link to download the Boinc program, so you could go here: http://www.distributedcomputing.info/projects.html and click on any Boinc project and on its home page is a clickable link to download Boinc. ALL Boinc programs are the same, meaning it is like Windows, there are many versions but only one Microsoft Windows. When you click the link it will automatically find the best version for your pc, but you can always click on the 'all versions' link below that and chose your own. That is how you can check out the different test versions too, but be aware that test versions may not give you any credits at all, they are called test versions because they can be very buggy. |

Were can download the boinc program i need ? yeah but here at baker labs, he just links back to boinc. i think most projects do that rather than keep copies on their websites. |

Were can download the boinc program i need ? Actually it is on over half a dozen websites World Wide and I just tried it here at Rosie and it linked back to boinc.berkeley.edu, it usually rotates thru them but right now it is only linking to berkeley for me. I usually download Boinc from a Boinc Project so I get the right version by default and since I am in the US I can always tell when it links to a European site, because it is slower downloading to me. Now I did just try 6 different projects and ALL linked back to berkeley to try and download it, I canceled them all but in win7 a download box pops up and it tells you where the file is coming from. |
