See now this is the kind of thing I would pay a penny extra in my Federal Taxes to fund! They could do it thru the gas tax, raise it one penny across the board, to fund these for poorer areas of both the US and the World! I don't know how many that would be but billions of pennies would go a long way in some parts of the World! And in those parts of the US that need easy, quick testing these would be helpful. I am thinking Indian Reservations, hole in the wall/very rural parts of some States like West Virginia, Tennessee, Missouri, etc. Maybe in time they could even expand the tree on the card so it detects even more diseases.
