The AMA should be contacted about having Doctors and Dentists start crunching for rosetta, this could be a huge amount or have they already been contacted by Mr.David Baker and his associates!

There are lots of ideas for attracting more users to the project. If you knew more about how BOINC works, and how your computer uses the internet, you might appreciate the perspective of a Doctor that does not run BOINC, because they feel it is of the highest importance to protect the privacy of their patient data.

There are many ideas, and many have been discussed in other threads. But it really boils down to you. Do you have contacts in the AMA or medical journals that could get the word out? Have you mentioned it to any doctors that you know?

The home user is the most likely to help. Corporations, and especially medical facilities, are not going to take the risk of someone attaching to a bogus BOINC project and inadvertantly exporting all the data their machine can get a hold of.
