There are 5 Teddies the last time I checked =). And between you and Night Owl you have like 60 machines so the whole "you have more people" doesn't fly. But I do want to say this, it sounds like you might be a little lonely over there in Teddyland so I wanted to offer you the chance to join our wonderful team under the Sun. We have quite a few people so you won't get lonely out there crunching away. I'm pretty sure we have an open door policy so by all means think it over and make the move to team mauisun! =) If you cant say something nice, say something vague. And if you can't think of something vague, then shut the hell up! =) |

Why yes I do legman! Help yourself to whatever I have! Ther server is currently down but I will start it up around 6:00pm PST tonight for you. Welcome NatureCrazy! This is a buddy of mine from work. He is a biologist and is more than happy to help out with this wonderful project. As a matter of fact, he's still busting out FaD jobs as well! You go NatureCrazy! Morphy, I feel so bad for you. I'm thinking you might want to change your avatar to one of Snoopy crying. =( Truly, if you would like to join forces I think that we could make a run for the top 5 without question. We are a very cool group of people with a lot to offer out on mauisun.org. I know that you guys are doing great on your own but together we could rule the universe! Damn, watched Star Wars the other night and it just slipped out. =) For real though, if you would like join forces I think that we could do some serious damage. BTW, I have seen it up to 4terabytes, it just all depepnds on how many people are on and sharing. I have never seen it drop below 3 terabytes though. Do you know if Andi is going to be moving over to BOINC legman? If you cant say something nice, say something vague. And if you can't think of something vague, then shut the hell up! =) |

Yes, lots and lots of fun to be found at the mauisun.org forum I love the support... for example, I had a troblem with the CSS for one of my sites and I needed it sorted by the next morning when I head into work to try and put it all together. I post there in the afternoon and by the next morning I have a solution. Take that situation and apply it to hardware, software, system trouble, virus trouble and there will be answers and people there to guide you each step of the way. I love mauisun. well, I have already replaced my 2 external 250's with external 320's. Plus I have gotten them back from having one of my backup friends copy all the data over. So once I get my insurance company to get off their lazy butts and give me some cash, I can buy a computer and get my 1/2 TB back in the fold for you guys. Its rather annoying that I have not been on the CSS server for a few months now. :(. Alas, I will be back. And as a side bennifit of being back in the css group, I will also gain extra crunching power. LOL. |
