Hi,
I submitted the problem on WCG board ( http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=7434&lastpage=yes ), but as it seems to be specific to Rosetta WU (the FAAH WU are OK), I think that maybe somebody here can help me.

With the Rosetta project and rosetta 5.16 : no problem
With the WCG project and FAAH WU : no problem
With the WCG project and Rosetta 4.21 : boinc return me this error :

mar 30 mai 2006 02:40:13 CEST|World Community Grid|Checksum or signature error for lin_paths.txt
mar 30 mai 2006 02:40:14 CEST|World Community Grid|Unrecoverable error for result fa827_17_1 (app_version download error: couldn't get input files:<file_xfer_error> <file_name>lin_paths.txt</file_name> <error_code>-200</error_code></file_xfer_error>)

I'm using boinc 5.4.9-1 with ubuntu dapper.
