Greetings, yesterday I involved three newcomers in the calculations. They all have the settings correctly, but they do not receive any work. why? 1. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/show_user.php?userid=2132869 2. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/show_user.php?userid=2133121 3. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/show_user.php?userid=2132915 What's happening? |

The project has temporarily run out of tasks to distribute. We just need to be patient. In the meantime, I've set those of my systems that are capable of handling Rosetta@Home to crunch on World Community Grid when no R@H work units are available. I also have a couple of old Callisto-era AMD chips that can't handle R@H that are full-time on WCG. |

Greetings, as SpRocket said - the project has been overwhelmed with new hosts, that WUs are scarce. In the interim, encourage them to run other projects - World Community Grid would be my recommendation - so that their CPUs aren't idle. When there's work available, their PCs will know. You could also encourage them to install BOINC and run Rosetta@Home on mobile - as they've got tasks there, for now. |
