I just started a draft on my user talk page of Wikipedia. Anybody can edit there:

So please feel free to edit/expand and shorten the draft. I'm now going through this thread to find all suggestions and try to incorporate them. But anybody is welcome. Lets wiki! :-)))

Did the letter writing team find more suggestions for the accomplishments of Rosetta?

Could really use some concise notes listing the achievements. I've seen articles about the success at last CASP, and other things, but not put it all together, and summarized it. If you would do so that would be very helpful. Come join the volunteers group. Really, we don't bite!

I'd set the target time of sending the letter to May 8th just when CASP started. That seems a good time for me to ask for more help.

1. Can the Rosetta Team confirm that they are willing and able to send the letter around that time?
2. Do they agree on a proposal out of the community which they might edit and send to the ones who allowed project newsletters?

Everyone is invited in formulating and discussing the letter here:

OK, the letter is going out now. Thanks for all of your efforts on this. We appreciate your time and efforts on our behalf.

(Now, if I get mistaken for a spammer for sending out these 70,000 emails, I'm taking all of you with me to jail! -KEL)

Hi There,

it would be nice if You enable the function for the returning Users (like me) to merge hosts. Like it's done in the most of other BOINC Projects.

These will safe space in YOur DB (remove double Entry for the same Host) and my hosts have then the right number of Credit.

Thanks Urban

Hotmail classifies this e-mail as spam, so the e-mail went into the trashbox :'(

Urban, There is a bug in the merge funtion so they cannot enable it until they upgrade to the newer server software like is used at Ralph and Seti (and some other projects now).
