An AMD is running about 2h and a Intel HT about 4h (3-3,2GHZ). At the beginning of crunching you need 36MB RAM for one WU, in the middle 107MB RAM, at the end 160MB RAM. I expect a public beta soon after the version 5 client is release, but that is just a guess not backed up by any official data.
