I have a 4770k and am only getting 2600 points. Any Ideas?

Looks like you are talking about the RAC rating for your i7-4770K host with 8 CPUs. The host profile shows 16GB of RAM.

Does the host have 24hr access to the internet? Is the host running 24hrs/day? Do you see 8 tasks running at all times? Does your BOINC Manager configuration allow BOINC to use only a fraction of the memory or limited disk space? Are you running any other BOINC Projects on this host? Has the RAC been higher previously while running only Rosetta tasks?

Hopefully those initial questions will turn something up. As you can surmise there are a great number of things that can reduce a host's RAC.
