Quota?

But usually this is an indication that your machine(s) have been failing on WUs rapidly for some reason. Sometimes AV software rejecting the project executables. Yes, the R@h version was just updated a couple of days ago, and the application with the new version in the name may need to be "whitelisted". (0x5) </message> Looks like it's not allowed to run... change in permissions, running under a different user account, change in security software and/or an update with a false positive for Rosetta (as mod.sense suggested above) could all be possible causes.
