Hi !

I can't access my RALPH@Home account. I've selected "forgot password" and got the message "Instructions have been emailed to [my email address]."

But I didn't get any message, even in my spam folder.

Is it a bug with the "forgot password" functionality on RALPH@Home website ? How can I get access to my account again ?

I just tried (I do not have moderator privileges on Ralph) and received the EMail just fine.

Also, the webpage for requesting the EMail also lists a second method using the authentication string from your machine. Have you tried that approach?

I might also suggest checking your junkmail/spam folder. Lastly, alot of hotmail/live.com email users have issues with autogenerated password-request type emails coming through in general, be cautious of signing up for anything using a live.com/hotmail.com email for this reason.

I can't, because I actually don't have any host that have been previously attached to this project.

I checked the spam and found nothing, I also added the RALPH@Home mail address to the white list, still no success...

No, cause otherwise when trying to recover the password, I would get the message : "There is no user with email address [address]. Try reentering your email address."

And I also tried to create an account, but it says that the email address is already used.
