the downloads stalled initially and after i restarted boinc client, they are detached and orphaned (not in my client).

is there a way to cancel the tasks so that they get reassigned rather than waiting for the timeout?
if you are an admin and could cancel the tasks so that it gets reassigned, kindly proceed to do so

thanks in advance!

The version of BOINC server code currently running does not recognize the orphans. So once they expire, they will be reissued.
