Hi,

I just noticed that there's a notice on the robetta queue page instructing researchers to backup/remove their completed work from the main server once their prediction has finished processing otherwise it may be deleted after 1 week.

Are there any provisions to ensure we don't come back from the holidays (when people may be on vacation for 2+ weeks) having a bunch of researchers who need to re-run their jobs that had already been completed? Would hate to waste cycles on re-crunching work that's already been crunched.

Hi Timo,

The deletion is manual, not automatic. I'm sure whoever does the deletion will consider this point.
So far my processed jobs that are over a month old are still in the system.

But thanks for the alert! It would've sucked to have lost all this compute time over the holidays.
