Hi, I just noticed that there's a notice on the robetta queue page instructing researchers to backup/remove their completed work from the main server once their prediction has finished processing otherwise it may be deleted after 1 week. Are there any provisions to ensure we don't come back from the holidays (when people may be on vacation for 2+ weeks) having a bunch of researchers who need to re-run their jobs that had already been completed? Would hate to waste cycles on re-crunching work that's already been crunched. |

Hi Timo, The deletion is manual, not automatic. I'm sure whoever does the deletion will consider this point. So far my processed jobs that are over a month old are still in the system. But thanks for the alert! It would've sucked to have lost all this compute time over the holidays. -krypton |
