Check it, jot down the time, then a minute later check it again. Did it use any CPU time during that minute? I am doubtful the task is getting any CPU time. If it were, the watchdog would have already caught the problem and reported the task result. So, I'm guessing you may have to suspend and then resume the task to get it back to using CPU time. After suspending and resuming several times it finally restarted using CPU time, although it had been hogging one core for the last day without using CPU time. Anyone else seeing a problem with these tasks, they seem to be running longer then they should and not checkpointing much. THESE//intSpin2_1f0s_2gbn_ProteinInterfaceDesign_20Aug2010_ I have a few running now that have ran for over four hours and the last checkpoint was at 30min it has done over 140 models.
