Why do I get this message from the Rosetta server ?

rosetta@home|Message from server: Server error: can't attach shared memory

What does that mean ?

Because I cant bet anymore WU from Rosetta.

The server must be unavailable or encountered a hardware failure. I just got the same error:

How do we contact the server support team?

There are a batch of client posts about this, including two separate threads and some posts in the mini-rosetta thread. Nothing acknowledging this from the Rosetta admin folks in the past 20 hours or so. Once they actually become aware of the problem, they will likely act by restarting the servers and then stay around for a couple of hours to verify things are working again.

I'm getting this too. Tasks eventually uploaded but can't report them.
