Looks like this is the right forum, since there is no board for the Forum/Team-realted only.

I joined the team I'm on because my uncle got sick with Alzheimer's and the Founder looks like was a teenager that made this out of desperation as a last resort and emotional stress, looks like his relative died soon after as the only have 33 points and it appears it never participated again in anyway. But, I don't want to be called the founder in honor to the reasons he had to found this group I just want to set challenges, make announcements and suggestions and provide help to the members, so I want those privileges to take care the group, I'm not interested and don't think is right for me to be the Founder; nor I want to lead people, when the people in a group are free to choose and give ideas is better than 1 person leading, the possibility of good ideas is big and bad ideas low.

So I suggest the following:

1) The Founder(s) Member(s) will never be removed or added unless requested by the Founder(s) and in the Group history will be noted.

2) Create the Current Leading members or Round Table or Board Members rank, so volunteers can join the administrative subgroup that will have the privileges I mentioned, all this changes will be noted in the Group History. I'd suggest this to save space on your servers, that the group important changes history be registered as a text file compressed with 7-Zip PPMD Dmitry Shkarin's PPMdH with small changes, and you keep it that way, only decompressing to RAM for showing on the webpages when requested

3) Allow me to give the administrator rank to people that want to help with the same privileges. I want many people taking care of the group not only me or a few, but anyone with good intentions and ideas.

4) Allow to undo certain changes, or have profiles or templates with a 'default' and 'last profile' for preserving good settings, to restore in case of some vandalic acts from some people. This one can be optional, maybe I'm exaggerating.

PS: I have emailed the Founder last week, had no response. Today requested to be the Founder but I'd like my idea to be implemented and you change my request to asking for 'group care giver' or 'group admin', whatever you see fit
